EXTENSIONS · ADDITIONS · RENOVATIONS
Quality workmanship, clear communication and organised project management — led directly by your builder.
Sydney · Direct builder involvement
Looking for a builder near Alexandria? Elite Additions helps homeowners plan renovations, extensions and custom building work around the way they want to live.
The focus is on improving how your home functions, looks and connects with your household’s needs. From structural alterations to a larger transformation, a clear scope and practical building advice provide a useful starting point.
Planning the work means considering the design, budget, programme, documentation and workmanship together. Director and licensed builder Scott brings 20 years of building experience to those discussions.
We work on major structural changes, complex alterations and full-home renovations. Careful investigation and coordination help identify what needs to be resolved before construction begins.
Whether your project is ready for pricing or still at the ideas stage, we can discuss where it stands and the appropriate next step.
Our work includes two-storey extensions, renovations, custom homes, duplexes and self-contained granny-flat designs. Suitability, documentation and approvals are considered for the particular property.
We aim for carefully planned construction, suitable finishes and a result that meets the agreed brief. Inclusions, allowances and changes are discussed openly rather than relying on promises of a guaranteed financial return or a project without any uncertainties.
Call Scott on 0433 765 885 about the work you want to undertake.
