The contract should clearly describe the scope, responsibilities and applicable warranty arrangements. We do not replace those details with a blanket promise that every project has the same inclusions or conditions.
Alongside existing home plans, we can discuss a custom design developed around your site and household. The layout, kitchen, finishes and services all need coordination; the proposal should identify which selections and specialist services are included.
Already working with an architect or designer? You are welcome to bring their drawings. We can review the available information with you and discuss the practical construction questions.
