Elite Additions helps homeowners in Berowra coordinate their building projects from the initial discussion through to construction. We work with the relevant designers, engineers and subcontractors so the agreed requirements can be carried through into the finished work.

Our services include home construction, design coordination, renovations, extensions and project management. We take time to understand what you want to achieve, the existing property and the proposed scope before developing the next stage.

The approach we follow

Practical building experience, workmanship and dependable communication are central to our approach. We coordinate the work of the project team and discuss the information needed for drawings, pricing and construction.

Whether you need help developing a design or already have plans, the starting point is your requirements. The size and complexity of the work, site access and available documentation guide how we proceed.

An independently operated building business

Elite Additions is independently owned and operated. You deal directly with Scott about the building work, supported by the specialist trades and consultants involved in your project.

We value capable tradespeople and professional working relationships. The goal is a coordinated project in which responsibilities and the agreed scope are clear.

You are welcome to use your own architect or designer. We can discuss construction from existing drawings or help coordinate an appropriate design pathway with the relevant professionals.

For a custom home, we work through the brief, layout, finishes and agreed inclusions before building. For an extension or renovation, we also consider the connection to your existing home and the practical work involved.
